Half Marathon

Whew. I just ran the half marathon with my friend Lana; or should I say I ran behind my friend Lana. The kids also ran the half mile youth marathon and all three ran the entire distance. It was a great weekend! Now only 3 more days of school!!

Christmas

Okay, I am a little behind! Christmas was wonderful with Great-Grandma, some of her grandchildren and 13 of her great-grandchildren all at our home. We weren't sure there would be places for everyone but when we all get together, things just fit and everyone had a place. The kids had a wonderful time playing together inside and snowmobiling & playing hockey outside(with only 1 injury). Thank you for coming and for all the help!!

Gracie

Dancin' Queen...just turned 4 and busy with JFK, gymnastics, skating and preschool Gracie is a busy girl! A busy "Big Girl" now with her own AG "Kit"! And "Big Girls" still play with babies. She tags along whenever she can (unless she's invited to her friend Drew's) always singing "You have to keep your mind wide open" or a Hannah Montana song! We even wear the wig and have a microphone! She loves to talk on the phone so feel free to give her a call.

Gabz

Happenings: Donated 10 inches of hair to Locks of Love, currently selling Girl Scout Cookies and coming soon...half time performance at the Harlem Globtrotters Game! Doing very well in 3rd grade and striving for future winter olympic competition "Gabz" is keeping busy. When not reading, writing, drawing, dreaming of places to visit or perfecting her back walkover or skating moves, she and her lil' sister are doing the American Girl thing. She is going to start doing her own updates; we are becoming very independent these days!

Gavin

Six Months Later...First Grade has been great this year with only a few speed bumps! Gav seems a natural at hockey; he knows what is about to happen...I don't have that insight. Number 7 started as a Mite, and now just went with the Squirts to a tourney and actually was awarded Subway Player of the Game. The look on his face was priceless. He is all about hockey, even in the sub-zero temps he and his dad are shooting around outside! I can't wait for the 85 degree weather! He is headed to Manitoba to watch some Junior College Hockey with his dad and some friends this weekend.
